The bandings or
decorative moldings are hand painted and can be custom painted to match any decor. Use the "Painting Instructions" box to tell me your choice of colors you may want your bandings painted. This service is free of charge, excluding elaborate finishes i.e., gold leafing. Being you can customize and personalized any banding, you can match them with your home decor to make a wonderful decorating statement.
Other uses for
the bandings include, cornices,
crown molding, cabinetry, chair guards, even drapery/window valances.
The materials
available for the bandings is steel, brass copper and aluminum. The prices
you see below is for steel. If you want a different material instead of
steel, please contact me and I will get a current price for you.
Installing Bandings.
There's various ways of adhering the bandings to any of your projects.
Some decorative moldings you can just wrap around most any shape and the banding will stay
in place. Other more ornate bandings you may want to use brad nails or
strong epoxies both is available at any home store. Depending on your
project you can just use magnets to attach the bandings as well. Most of the
metal bandings are very light weight and bendable, so they are easy to work
with.
Samples. We will be more then happy to
send samples upon request. Do to the rise in cost for products and
shipping supplies, free samples can no longer be sent out. A banding
sample will now be charged $5.00 plus the $1.25 for shipping. To order,
select SAMPLES in the drop down list, state in the comment section the banding
you would like.

Home Decorating Pictures
Additional pictures showing how you can use bandings for your home decor. You will see the vine and leaf banding running through the baseboard registers,
mixed in with refrigerator magnets to give a customized decor look.
Also, from a customer photo you can see the egg and dart banding going around
the lazy susan that they made. Use the curled leaf banding for a unique
curtain rod trim, doesn't require any special attachments just slip it over your
curtain and existing regular rod. The curled leaf banding can also be used to
adorn the top of your kitchen cabinets. The horn above has been decorated
with the Leaf Gallery Banding, what a nice job the customer did.
